Do you ship worldwide?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

My order has been dispatched, can I track it?

We do not offer order tracking. If your estimated delivery window has passed please get in touch with us and we’ll find out what’s going on for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Google Pay, and Apple Pay along with all major credit/debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. 

My purchase is faulty, what do I do?

Please contact us by emailing info@rudebydesign.co.uk as soon as the fault is identified, letting us know the full details of the fault along with whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

We will then raise a returns request and let you know what to do next.

Please do NOT return anything without a valid return number. Any such returns will not be processed.

Can I change my mind after my order has arrived?

Please contact us by emailing info@rudebydesign.co.uk within 14 days of the delivery date letting us know you would like to return your goods.

Can you make personalised designs?

We are currently working on some personalised designs however, if you don’t see anything that fits your need please get in touch with us and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I get my photo to you for a personalised item?

If your order contains a personalised item that requires a photo please email it, along with your order number, to info@rudebydesign.co.uk.

Please make sure your order number is in the email title and that the photo is of good quality and resolution.

If your order contains more than one item that requires a photo please make it clear in the email which item each photo belongs to.

To make sure you receive your items before Christmas please observe the following order-by dates:
